U.S. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on purchases of $99. Shipping offers apply to standard shipping and handling in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Valid on in-stock items only. 
Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other shipping destinations outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated automatically at checkout for qualifying orders when customer selects ground economy shipping. All wetsuits & gear are excluded from this offer.

Valid on hurley.com only. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Minimum purchase required; sales tax and shipping and handling do not qualify toward the minimum purchase. Other restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change at any time.

Orders with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping placed Monday - Friday may be shipped the same day only if placed by or before 10am PST. Orders placed after 10am PST are not guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Please contact customer service with any questions about our overnight shipment policy. 

For Colorado residents: Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado consumers.

Exceptions: The fee doesn’t apply when otherwise taxable goods are delivered to a purchaser that is exempt from the state sales tax, such as government or charitable organization. Likewise, the fee doesn’t apply to deliveries of nontaxable goods, including wholesale sales, so long as the property delivered is exempt from the state sales tax. If a delivery includes both taxable and exempt goods, the delivery fee will apply.
