Returns

All items labeled as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Items in new condition with all tags attached that are not considered "final sale" can be returned. You can only initiate a return via our return portal after your order has been shipped. All orders placed on Hurley.com must be returned by mail to our warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. All in-store purchases must be returned to a store location and cannot be returned through online services. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7 to 14 days from the date your return was delivered to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and those fees will not be included as part of the refund. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, please call Customer Service at 855.655.2515 or email customersupport@hurley.com to initiate the return. You may be compensated for the return shipping under these circumstances.
